Montmorency Cherry

Scientists are now discovering wide-ranging benefits for this American fruit. Tart Cherry (Prunus cerasus) naturally contains polyphenolic antioxidant compounds such as quercetin, chlorogenic acid, and anthocyanins which can help fight free radicals that cause oxidative damage to the cells in our bodies. Tart cherries are packed with potent antioxidants called anthocyanin, attributing to their deep, dark color and numerous health benefits. They boost cellular health in general, including heart and cognitive health. They support the faster recovery of isometric strength and muscle function after exercise.
