Nine Ways to Boost Your Immune System

  1. Eat more fruits, veggies, nuts, seeds, and raw foods high in antioxidants.

  5. Sleep – experience a good night’s rest.  Sleep is a necessity, not a luxury. The best thing you can do is make sure you’re getting 7 to 8 hours of quality sleep every night.

  6. Movement – incorporate movement of your body every day. For example, each time you go to the bathroom, do 12 squats or side bends. Research shows that physical activity is good for your immune system.

Foods Rich in Antioxidants for Immune Support

Produce with rich, vibrant colors tend to have the highest antioxidants. Look for red, purple, orange, deep greens, and golden yellows! Berries are exceptionally high in antioxidants, as well as dark chocolate and green tea.
